intex is secure and flexible

intex attaches great importance to data security. The user has to log in with his username and password. With the sophisticated authorization management, intex controls which operations are permitted and which information shall be made available. Unauthorized operations are not even displayed on the user interface. For each modification the modification user and the modification date are logged and where applicable, a traceable modification history is generated.

Basic requirements for the international use are offered by constant multilingual translations and the possibility to use different currencies in the dialogue and on print-outs.

In this context intex can handle and convert almost all measurement units. intex is prepared also for other national peculiarities, such as the different structures of the postal addresses, customs tariff codes and sales tax identification number.

In order to replace obsolete filing boxes, it is not sufficient to save formatted information. For this reason intex offers an integrated text processing, in order to be able to add notes and remarks to almost any other information.
