Our team will assist you competently to:

- resolve bugs
If our hotline cannot answer your request satisfactorily, we will take the necessary steps for a quick and positive troubleshooting immediately.
The Intex Hotline Service is free of charge during the implementation phase. Afterwards it is subject to charges. Hotline support charges only apply in case of consulting, imparting further knowledge of the system etc., they do not apply to system errors which are covered by a maintenance contract.
